摘要
针对物联网专业多学科交叉融合的特点,从物联网工程专业的实际出发,以培养学生的创新和实践能力为重心,研究和制定更加科学合理的人才培养模式并实施,着力提高学生的实践动手能力,不断加强校企合作,充分利用校企联合实验室、卓越工程师培养、考研班辅导等机制,建立面向就业、面向生产实际的课程体系,加强对毕业生就业与职业发展规划的指导。通过我院的实践表明,上述举措将有助于提高学生的综合素质和实践能力,增强学生的就业本领,提高就业率,为社会输送能服务地方经济发展的工程型、复合型和应用型人才。
according to the characteristics of iot professional multidisciplinary cross fusion, from the reality of the Internet of things engineering, in order to cultivate the students' innovation and practical ability as the center of gravity, research and develop more scientific and reasonable personnel training mode and implementation, focus on improving the students' practical ability, continuously enhancing university-enterprise cooperation, make full use of university-enterprise joint laboratories, excellent engineer training, one's deceased father grind class, such as mechanism,establish the course system of employment and the actual production, to strengthen the guidance of graduate employment and career development plans. Through our practice shows that the move will help to improve the students' comprehensive quality and practical ability, to enhance the students' employment ability, improve the employment rate, for the society conveying can serve the local economy development engineering type, compound and applied talents.
