摘要
目的:探讨输尿管软镜结合经皮肾穿治疗肾盏憩室结石的临床价值。方法:回顾性分析2011年6月~2015年6月采用输尿管软镜结合经皮肾穿刺治疗肾盏憩室结石的21例患者的临床资料,观察手术结果及并发症情况。结果:全部21例患者中,13例行输尿管软镜联合钬激光碎石术,8例行输尿管软镜结合经皮肾穿钬激光碎石术,其中1例失败行经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术。21例患者术后均未出现大出血或邻近器官损伤等并发症。结论:合理利用输尿管软镜联合经皮肾镜仔细操作,可实现肾盏憩室结石的微创治疗。
        Objective:To investigate the clinical value of percutaneous nephrolithotomy-assisted flexible ureteroscopyin the treatment of renal calyceal diverticulum calculi.Methods:The clinical data of 21 patients with renal calyceal diverticulum calculi treated by percutaneous nephrolithotomy-assisted flexible ureteroscopyin our hospital from June 2011 to June 2015 were retrospectively analyzed.The surgical results and complications were observed.Results:Of all 21 patients,13 patients were given flexible ureteroscope holmium laser lithotripsy,and 8 patientspercutaneous nephrolithotomy-assisted flexible ureteroscopy.One case failed and transfered to Holmium∶YAG laser lithotripsy.No postoperative complications such as bleeding or injury to adjacent organs occurred in all 21 patients.Conclusions:The rational use of percutaneous nephrolithotomy-assisted flexible ureteroscopycan achieve minimally invasive treatment of renal calyceal diverticulum calculi.
