聚吡咯/涤纶织物热降解动力学研究

摘要
利用热失重法分析了涤纶和聚吡咯/涤纶织物在氮气气氛下以一定速率升温时的热降解动力学行为。采用Kissinger,Flynn-Wall-Ozawa和Friedman法三种动力学方法计算了涤纶和聚吡咯/涤纶织物的热降解活化能。结果表明,随着升温速率的增加,涤纶和聚吡咯/涤纶织物的初始热降解温度及最大热降解速率温度均升高。采用Flynn-Wall-Ozawa和Friedman两种方法得到涤纶织物和聚吡咯/涤纶织物的平均活化能分别为216.9KJ/mol和190.2KJ/mol。
        The thermal degradation kinetic behavior of polyester and polypyrrole/polyester fabrics were analyzed at certain heating rates in nitrogen by means of thermogravimetry. The activation energies of polyester and polypyrrole/polyester fabrics were calculated by Kissinger,Flynn-Wall-Ozawaand Friedman methods. It was found that both the initial decomposition temperature and the temperature at maximal thermal degradation rate increased with the increase of heating rate. The average activation energies of polyester and polypyrrole/polyester fabric obtained by Flynn-Wall-Ozawa and Friedman methods were 216. 9 KJ/mol and 190. 2 KJ/mol respectively.
