摘要

王瑞平教授认为大肠癌病机复杂、临床表现多变,中医药在防治其发生发展方面具有重要的作用,而临证之时单一治法难以兼顾复杂的病机,应多法综合,多方合一,以组复方,通过选用小方及经验药组使药味精简,能够提高患者的依从性,符合临床实际。
        Professor WANG Ruiping believes that the pathogenesis of colorectal cancer is complex and the clinical manifestations are changeable. TCM plays an important role in the prevention and treatment of colorectal cancer. Single treatment is difficult to take into account the complex pathogenesis,so the combination of multiple treatment and multiple prescriptions to form a compound is necessary. By choosing simple prescriptions and empirical drug combinations to streamline the drug taste,can improve patient compliance and it is in line with clinical practice.
