摘要
[目的]研究山西特有品种广灵苦荞黄酮类化合物的类别。[方法]采用大孔吸附树脂法、柱色谱法、Sephadex LH-20凝胶色谱法结合HPLC进行分离纯化,通过质谱分析和核磁共振分析鉴定黄酮的化学结构。[结果]从广灵苦荞中分离得到7个黄酮化合物,分别为芦丁(1),表儿茶素(2),异槲皮素(3),槲皮素-3-O-鼠李糖苷(4),槲皮素(5),山奈酚(6)和金丝桃苷(7)。结论:化合物2-5和7为首次从广灵苦荞中分离。
