摘要
本文针对H08系列焊条钢在转炉生产以及后续精炼处理过程中,钢水中氧与硅含量波动对铸坯质量的影响,结合本厂自身生产条件研究实践对H08系列钢种进行工艺调整,结果表明,H08系列钢种经工艺调整后,钢水氧含量得到有效控制,避免了皮下气泡的产生;使钢水硅稳定控制在0.03%以下;同时产生的Al2O3夹杂物数量明显降低,且夹杂物尺寸,钢水可浇性以及钢坯质量得到明显提高.
The influence of oxygen content and Si content in the liquid steel on the quality of casting billet for the H08 welding steel was researched concerning the converter production and the following secondary refining progress.The technology of H08 was adjusted in combination with our factory’s production condition,and the result showed that the oxygen content in the steel was effectively controlled after adopting the new process,and skin blowhole was avoided;the content of Si was controlled under 0.03% in mass fraction steadily;at the same time,the amount of
