摘要
为改善台站测震设备运行环境,提高设备运行质量与使用寿命,针对部分台站存在观测环境湿度过大问题,结合黑龙江省设备维护实践经验,研制了适用于本省台站测震设备的防潮密封机柜。根据应用与环境特点,在机柜选材设计上采用质量轻且耐腐蚀的玻璃钢材质。对动、静密封部位及机柜承压、稳定性做了针对性的设计。
In order to improve the seismic station equipment operating environment,and the service life of equipment and operation quality, to solve the high humidity problems of the observation environment in some stations, the seismic stations equipment moisture sealing cabinet was developed. Combined with practical experience in equipment maintenance in Heilongjiang province. According to the application and environmental characteristics, the insulation and corrosion resisting FRP material is adopted in the selection of the material for the cabinet. This design is designed for the dynamic and static seals and the stability of the cabinet.
