摘要

本文具体介绍了TRT集中监控在炼铁高炉煤气的应用。探讨了TRT集中监控的技术方案、网络结构、系统配置,分析了集中监控的功能特点。五年来的应用结果表明,TRT集中监控提高了监控信息准确性,减少了设备故障率,提高了工作效率,经济效益和社会效益显著。
        The paper introduced an application of centralized monitoring of equipment network in BF gas iron making and discussed the technical scheme,network structure and system configuration of TRT centralized monitoring and functional characteristics as well.The resulting has been show that improvment the stability of monitoring information of the safe operation of equipment and accuracy,reduce the equipment failure rate,improve work efficiency since 5 years.Economic and social benefits are remarkable.
