摘要
为精确分析地毯簇绒过程中底布受力的动态变化及变形情况,利用ABAQUS有限元分析软件,仿真模拟织针刺入聚丙烯编织底布的全过程.首先建立了簇绒织针和聚丙烯编织布的细观三维模型,并通过试验测得底布的材料规格参数.然后,在ABAQUS有限元分析软件中创建系统有限元模型,对织针穿刺底布过程进行仿真模拟.模拟结果得到了底布与织针的受力曲线,并分析了底布的变形及破坏特性,为底布张力控制系统的设计及高端地毯簇绒机的设计提供理论依据.
In order to accurately analyze the dynamic force change and deformation of carpet backing,the process of weaving needle puncturing polypropylene backing was simulated by FEM(finite element method)software ABAQUS.First,the three dimensional(3D)model of the weaving needle and the backing was created according to actual objects.Then,the FEM model of the system was set up in ABAQUS.Finally,the force curve of the backing and needle could be gotten.The simulation provides the way to analyze backing's deformation and failure characteristics,which can provide theoretical basis for the design of backing tension control system and the high-level carpet tufting machine.
