LCL地毯簇绒机成圈运动的时序设计

摘要
平割平圈(LCL)簇绒机成圈运动时,簧片的时序决定了圈绒的效果。以高割低圈簇绒机位参考对象,得到成圈运动的工艺要求,从而提出LCL成圈运动簧片的时序设计要求。根据四杆机构原理设计了LCL簇绒机簇绒针、成圈钩和割刀的连杆机构。利用Ferdinand Freudenstein算法及曲柄滑块连杆长度计算的推导公式算出各连杆的长度。使用ADAMS仿真软件对LCL地毯簇绒机提花机构建模并仿真,得到了簇绒针、成圈钩的时序曲线并设计出成圈时簧片的时序。有了这样的时序设计,LCL簇绒机提花机构就可以可靠地实现圈绒和割绒。
        The reed timing determines the loop-forming effect in Level Cut Loop(LCL)tufting machine when loop pile.Acquired the loop-forming technological requirements by taking high cut low loop tufting machine as reference object,and then proposed the timing requirements of reed when loop pile.Designed the link mechanism of needles,hooks and knives in LCL tufting machine on the basis of four bar mechanism principle.According to Ferdinand Freudenstein algorithm and the derivation formula for the length of links in slider-crank,the length of each link was calculated.The timing diagram of needle and hook is acquired by modeling and simulation of the jacquard mechanism with Adams simulation software.With such a timing design,LCL carpet tufting machine can reliably achieve cut pile and loop pile.
