摘要
传统辊道窑能耗大、窑室温度不易均衡稳定地控制在最佳温度下,出产率及高质量成品率均限制着企业的发展。为了有效提高产能,确保产品质量,研究采用无线传感器网络(WSN)和嵌入式平台,运用物联网技术构建基于太阳能、市电和水煤气能源供给的混合能源辊道窑控制系统,主要包含WSN终端、协调器与ARM主控器以及USB接口的软硬件设计,可实时采集窑内温度、尾气气体浓度、变频电机转速和水煤气含量等参数,经WSN终端数据采集、实时传输并通过协调器上传与WSN接收端通信,最终完成混合能源自动高效协同供热等任务。该混合能源辊道窑控制系统具备良好的稳定性、可靠性和实时性。
        The traditional roller kiln has huge energy consumption,and the kiln temperature can't be easily and stably controlled within the optimum temperature range,so its production rate and high quality yield all restrict the development of the relative enterprises. To effectively improve the production rate and ensure the product quality,the wireless sensor networks(WSN)and embedded platform are adopted,and the Internet of Things technology is used to construct the hybrid energy roller kiln control system supplied with solar energy,electric supply and water gas. The system is composed of USB interface,WSN terminal,coordinator and ARM master controller,and can collect the parameters of temperature inside the kiln,exhaust gas concentration,inverter motor speed and water gas content in real time. The data is acquired through WSN terminal,transmitted in real time,and then uploaded through the coordinator to communicate with WSN receiver to accomplish the automatic and efficient collaboration heat supply of hybrid energy. The hybrid energy roller kiln control system has good stability,reliability and real-time performance.
