Synthesis of the solution-processed wide band-gap chalcopyrite CuGa(S,Se)2 thin film and its application to photovoltaics

Wide band-gap CuGa(S,Se)2 thin films were well synthesized via solution process. The film was applied as an absorber layer to thin film solar cell architecture. Formations of ‘spike’ band structures and morphology enhancements are required.
