     Oil and gas exploration for many years indicates that the Shahejie Formation in the Banqiao Sag of the Huanghua Depression is rich in oil-gas. Systematical study of paleogeomorphology, heavy minerals and sand bodies distribution shows that deposits of the Second Member of the Shahejie Formation in the Banqiao Sag were derived mainly from the Yenshanian structural zone in north and the Cangxian upwarp in west which is of importance to division of sedimentary facies and prognosis of reservoirs.
