摘要
The concentrations of the major and trace elements in the coals from different exploration areas of the Eastern Junggar coalfield were determined by the inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry and the inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry. The results shows that the Al,K and Fe contents in the Eastern Junggar coals are obviously lower than the average values reported for Chinese coals, whereas the Na content is higher than the average of Chinese coals.Furthermore, the Al,K and Fe contents in the coals from the eastern prospect areas are higher than that from the western areas. With the exception of Sr and Ba,the concentrations of other trace elements in the Eastern Junggar coals are all low compared to the average values reported for the Chinese and worldwide coals.
