摘要
The previous studies show that it is effective to identify the reservoir lithology and fluid using elastic impedance.The elastic impedance was calculated by using the P-wave and S-wave in two wells according to the Connoly elastic impedance theory in this paper.We identified the fluid types based on the result in reservoir field,and estimated the calculated results for gas field.The results showed that it is effective to distinguish the fluid using elastic impedance in Sichuan basin.We,therefore,concluded that it is useful and effective for reservoir prediction and fluid identification using seismic prestack elastic impedance inversion in Sichuan basin.
