Because of fastly, conveniently, and nondestructivly, magnetic susceptibility, it had been widely used as a research method to indicate paleoenvironment, and played an important role in analyzing the moving, transforming of magnetic minerals in environment system and then got a series of research achievement. In order to analyze the instruction meaning of paleoenvironment by using of magnetic susceptibility, two different sedimentary types has been chosen in this paper, the authors know the instruction meaning of magnetic susceptibility of different sedimentary types, and load a foundation to  analyze magnetic susceptibility.
