Using the satellite thermal infrared brightness temperature data from Chinese geostationary meteorological satellite, the authors got the relative power spectrum and analyzed the data in wide range and full-time. The results showed that, firstly, there are significant changes in brightness temperature before Japan M<SUB>S9.0 and Myanmar MS7. 2 earthquakes. The thermal-infrared anomalies appeared about six months before the earthquake. The change amplitude is more than 10 times than normal relative amplitude. Secondly, there are significant differences between the two earthquakes in the size of abnormal region and the time curve. The geological and climatic conditions may cause the different change of thermal radiation.
