The gold resource distributes abundantly and widely in Guizhou Province, includes gold, alluvial gold and paragenie gold, mainly is gold. According to the deposit type, gold is divided into Carlin-style gold deposit, quartz vein gold deposit and lateritic gold deposit. In this paper, the distribution characteristics of gold resources in Guizhou Province, the development and utilization condition of gold resources and the resources distribution characteristic of different gold deposits are introduced. For the characteristic of concentrated distribution of gold deposit in Guizhou Province, the suggestions for gold development and utilization of Guizhou Province and the policy is carried out.
