A analytical method was presented for the determination of B(a)P in water. The analysis was separated on Eclipse XDB-C18 column with methnol plus water (85+15 V/V) as mobile phase and detected by fluorescence detector (Ex=266 nm, Em=412 nm). The results showed a satisfactory recovery of 94.4%~101% with the method, and the relative standard deviation (RSD) 2.6% and detection limits 0.001 μg/L could be obtained.
