村镇民宅抗震性能分析

摘要
以一栋建于20世纪末的典型村镇民宅为例,通过PKPM软件计算其抗震承载力,并分析其抗震承载力低的原因,最后得出结论:我国大部分的村镇民宅抗震能力低下已是一个不争的事实,存在严重的抗震安全隐患.
With the application of PKPM software,this dissertation calculates the seismic bearing capacity of a typical rural residence which was built at the end of the 20th century.Through analysis of causes leading to it’s low seismic bearing capacity,we finally reached a conclusion that there is no doubt that low earthquake resistance capacity of most rural houses in China brings enormous security hidden trouble in local residents houses.
