福州周边地区中小学教学楼抗震鉴定小结

摘要
所鉴定的教学楼大部分采用砖混结构,少部分采用框架结构,由于原设计采用旧规范未全面考虑抗震问题,需对原结构按新规范进行全面抗震鉴定。本文结合实际工程阐述福州周边地区中小学教学楼抗震能力方面所存在的问题,以供关注福州周边地区关注中小学教学楼抗震能力的社会各界作为参考。
The detection of the teaching building is mostly brick,a small number of school buildings built in the nineties by frame.But the original design uses the old standard did not fully consider the seismic problems,need new rules by the original structure to conduct a comprehensive seismic evaluation.This detection and identification of the actual works on the primary and secondary school buildings seismic evaluation of the existence of common problems and elaborate summary of typical problems for surrounding areas concerned about the primary and secondary school buildings in Fuzhou earthquake resistance capacity of the community as a reference.
