套塞式粘滞阻尼器的流体动力学分析

摘要
为了提高粘滞阻尼器的耗能效率,研发了3种在活塞头内部实现复杂流道阻尼孔的新型粘滞阻尼器,即直方管流道(I型)、X型和Φ型流道粘滞阻尼器。利用FLUENT软件对3种阻尼孔形式的阻尼力进行了数值模拟和耗能分析,给出了对应阻尼力计算公式。数值模拟分析结果表明,Ⅰ型阻尼器的阻尼力与活塞速度基本符合二次多项式关系;X型、Φ型流道可以提高阻尼器的能量耗散能力。
In order to improve energy dissipation efficiency of viscous damper,3 new type viscous dampers with complex orifice in its piston are designed.These are X type,Φ type and I type which own straight and square channels.By Fluent software,the damping forces of 3 type dampers are numerically simulated and are analyzed about energy dissipation.The formulas of damping force for corresponding viscous damper are established.The analysis result of numerical simulation shows that the relation of Ⅰ type between the damping forces and velocity of piston is in accord basically with quadratic polynomial.The channels of X type and Φ type can improve energy dissipation ability of viscous damper.
