摘要

以四川汶川"5.12"特大地震灾后农村重建为背景,选择四川剑阁县下寺村为典型研究对象,针对其灾损格局呈现"斑块"状随机分布的复杂特征,通过对重建现实与困境的研究,分别对斑块重建、文化重建与再生、宅基地控制、重建方式及管理实施、乡村规划编制5个方面提出灾后重建基本对策,选择村民联动规划方式,强调"生命安全、环境生态、文化保育、民生和谐、发展持续"的总体目标,探索"灾难斑块"型村落灾后重建的适宜规划途径.
After the earthquake on 5.12 in Wenchuan,Sichuan province,under the background of rural post-earthquake reconstruction,based on a study of Xiasi village,aimed at disaster plaque which is randomly distributied by complex featurs of disaster loss pattern,through reseach on reality and adverse conditions of reconstruction,the artick suggested the basic strategies for post-earthquake reconstruction about patch reconstruction,cultural renewal and regeneration,housing land control,way of reconstruction and management and rural planning.Selecting linkage methods for villagers,emphasising on "safety,environmental,cultural conservation,livelihood harmonious,sustainable development," as the overall goal,the appropriate way is explored about the "disaster plaque" type village reconstruction.
