三通薄壁圆柱管展开的自动放样设计

摘要
应用解析几何与投影几何理论分析了三通薄壁圆柱管交线的特点，建立了交线的函数式。并用Ａｕｔｏｌｉｓｐ语言设计出绘制柱管展开图的实用程序。将其应用于数控机床上，可快捷而精确地解决钣金加工中各种薄壁三通圆柱管的自动下料问题。
On the basis of analytic geometry and projected geometry,the characteristics of intersecting lines of tee type thin cylindrical tubes are analyzed,and the functional equation is established.An Auto lisp program is also developed for drawing the development view of tee type tubes.This method can solve the fast and precise automatic blanking problem in machining thin plates with NC machines.
