摘要

目的分析20例地震后颅脑损伤患者的临床特点和诊疗经验。方法对20例颅脑损伤患者从致伤方式,损伤类型,并发症情况及治疗经验等方面进行分析。结果地震后颅脑损伤患者合并损伤多,感染率高,内科并发症多,经多科联合治疗后均顺利康复。结论地震后颅脑损伤患者有其临床特点和转运指征,根据其特点进行多科联合治疗有助于患者的顺利康复。
Objective To analysis the clinical characters and experience of diagnosis and treatment in 20 cases after earthquake.Methods 20 cases with head trauma were analysed from different aspects,including the mode of injuries,the classification of injuries,the complications and the experiences of treatment.Results The post-earthquake patients with head trauma had different compound injuries,higher ratio of infection and more medical complications.After the multidisciplinary efforts,the patients had good outcomes.Conclusions Earthquake caused head trauma have specific clinical characters and transfer indication.According to the clinical characters,the multidisciplinang efforts is necessary for the rehabilitation of the patient.
