5·12汶川大地震对白酒厂规划设计的思考

摘要
在5·12汶川大地震中,四川白酒企业遭到了重大损失,分析了其主要原因,并建议白酒厂在新建、改建、扩建时满足以下条件:①严格按照国家有关规范中规定设计,对重点车间适当提高设防等级;②逐步将隔振、减振、制振等技术应用到白酒厂房屋设计与生产设备安置中;③贮存容器安置要科学合理,并采取适当的保护措施,大型贮存容器的设计要考虑底部抗压问题,以防止次生灾害的发生。
Liquor-making enterprises in Sichuan had suffered great loss from May.12 Wenchuan Earthquake. The main reasons for distilleries' loss were analyzed and the following recommendations were put forward for the reconstruction and the restoration of the damaged distilleries: 1. layout design of workshops strictly followed relative national requirements and anti-earthquake grade of key workshop enhanced advisably; 2.the techniques of shock isolation, shock absorption and shock prevention etc. should be applied in the design of liquor-making workshop and in the installation of production equipments; 3. scientific and rational placement of liquor storage containers and proper protection measures adopted, and the compressive resistance of container's bottom should be considered in the design of large storage containers to prevent secondary disaster.
