絮凝物料滤饼残留水分的研究

摘要

用阴离子、阳离子和非离子３种不同种类的聚丙烯酰胺对细粒赤铁矿进行了絮凝、真空过滤实验．结果表明，絮凝物料的滤饼残留水分往往更高．在絮凝物料滤饼结构的显微图象分析、分数维的研究，以及对絮凝剂在赤铁矿表面上的吸附及其对矿物表面动电电位和润湿接触角的影响进行测试的基础上，对絮凝物料滤饼水分的赋存状态进行了探讨，指出了絮凝物料滤饼水分较高的原因所在．
Vaccum filtrations for unflocculated and flocculated hematite slumes were investigated with anionic, cationic and non-ionic polyacrylamide. Test results showed that the residual moisture contains in flocculated filter cake is generally higher than that in unflocculated cake. The measurements of the flocculants adsorption on hemetite sutface, zeta-potential and contact angle of the mineral surface were carried out and the filter cakes were analyses with microscope and image analyser,with the structure of the filter cake studied from the point of view of the fractal theory. Furthermore.the residual moisture in. flocculated filter cake is coming into being what form and the reason why the residual moisture in flocculated filter cake is generally contained highly ate discussed.
