汶川大地震对妊娠预后影响的对比研究
摘要
目的:探讨地震强烈应激对妊娠预后的影响。方法:采用对照研究方法,分别测评妊娠期有或无地震经历孕妇的母婴预后。结果:108例经历过汶川地震孕妇的预后明显差于未经历地震的对照组,汶川大地震后幸存孕妇的产褥病率及早产几率增加(P<0.05),胎儿的宫内死亡率及宫内窒息率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:汶川大地震的应激刺激对孕妇及胎儿的预后有不良影响。
