大坝安全监测项目设置和测点布置研究

摘要
分析了我国大坝安全监测设计的现状,提出了以规范为基础,以风险分析为补充,参考数值计算和模型实验结果的大坝安全监测项目和测点布置方法。根据国际大坝委员会有关建议,结合新疆恰拉工程的具体情况给出了风险计算成果并用于指导监测设计,为大坝安全监测项目和测点布置提供了参考。
In this article, by analyzing current situation of domestic monitoring design for dam safety, methods for determination of monitoring items and measuring points arrangement are proposed on the basis of specifications for dam safety monitoring, risk analysis, and comparison with other calculation data and results of model experiments. According to some suggestions by International Committee on Large Dams, risk calculation results are integrated with the actual situation of Qiala project in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, which can be used to guide monitoring design and offer certain references for monitoring items determination and measuring points arrangement for dam safety.
