负压封闭引流技术治疗溃疡期压疮的效果观察

摘要
[目的]探讨负压封闭引流技术治疗溃疡期压疮的临床疗效。[方法]采用非同期对照研究,将2007年8月—2008年4月我科18例(38处压疮)院外带入溃疡期压疮的病人设为对照组,2008年5月—12月从他院、他科转入我科因地震致脊髓损伤而发生溃疡期压疮病人18例(40处压疮)设为实验组。在清创处理后实验组采用负压封闭引流技术,对照组采用外科普通换药方法;对创面肉芽组织生长和愈合效果进行动态观察,评价临床疗效。[结果]经治疗后两组创面愈合总体效果、肉芽组织生长情况和病人满意度比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组总有效率明显高于对照组。[结论]负压封闭引流技术治疗溃疡期压疮效果优于外科普通换药,缩短了创面愈合时间,提高了病人满意度,操作简便,省时省力,且无不良反应。
Objective:To probe into the clinical effect of vacuum seal drainage (VSD) technique in the treatment of patients with pressure sore in ulcer period.Methods:By adopting non-synchronization control study,A total of 18 cases (38 pressure sores) with pressure sore in ulcer period before admitting in hospital from August 2007 to April 2008 in our department were selected as control group. Another 18 cases (40 pressure sores) with pressure sore in ulcer period induced by earthquake resulted in spinal cord injuries transferred to our department from May to December of 2008 were selected as test group. Patients in test group had accepted VSD after debridement. Patients in control group had received surgical dressing as in routine. The effects of growth and healing of wound granulation tissue of all patients were continuously observed and clinical effects of them had been evaluated.Results:In terms of the comparison of the overall effect of wound healing after treatment,comparisons of growth and healing of granulation tissue and patients’ satisfaction,there were statistical significant differences between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of VSD technique for treatment of patients with pressure sore in ulcer period is superior to common method of surgical dressing.It can shorten the wound healing time and enhance satisfaction degree of patients.It is also easy to operate,time-saving and manpower,and without adverse reactions.
