苏丹PAL油田出砂预测研究

摘要
利用现场多种资料对PAL油田主力油层进行了出砂预测综合研究——包括声波时差法、孔隙度法、出砂指数法、组合模量法,临界生产压差方法等,得出该油田主力油层在初期正常生产条件下出砂轻微,在适当时机应进行防砂完井的结论,同时建立了各井的临界生产压差剖面。将各种方法的预测结果与DST、油井短期/长期测试资料进行对比,建立了符合PAL油田出砂模式判识的指标。研究结果为今后本区块及附近区块油井出砂界定,提供准确的量化依据,还可为同类油田的开发提供良好的借鉴和参考。
Integrated research on sand production prediction was done by using acoustic time,porosity,sand production index,combination module,and critical draw down pressure methods combined with various data from the PAL oil field in SUDAN.A conclusion is drawn that PAL field will produce sand lightly in early production stage under normal production condition,and sand control completion should be applied in pudding time.Critical draw down pressure profile of each well is established.Contrasting the prediction result of each method with DST and short stage & long stage well test data from the field,the index to judge the sand production mode suited for PAL field is presented,which will offer quantitative boundary of sand production degree of PAL field and the near block in near future.It can also be used for reference in analogous oil field development.
