摘要

中国处于地震多发区,地震预报、预防工作显得尤为重要,通过建立《地震监测预报法》,提高全民防震防灾意识,检测现有房物抗震等级,地震局系统提升地震预报预测职能和工作力度,设置预防及减灾、救灾的机关或常设机构等10项措施,加大地震预防预报能力,减少地震带来的损失。
Garnets mainly appear as multiformity annularity which has rutile,hornblende,chlorite and some little ilmenite inside the rings as well as the hornblende and chlorite between the ring and the intercrystalline minerals of garnet.Nearly all the garnet rings are distributed with a great deal of rutiles and are must be in them.The reason to cause the strange phenomena is the initial rock,which is made of high-titanium basic intrusive rock.The lower tectono-corrected depth crystal the ilmenite and made it appear as irregularity agglomerate.A great deal of almandine decomposes the ilmenite,and gives off the iron which turns into the garnet lattice,and the titanium given off becomes rutile during metamorphosing and mineralization.
