摘要

兰新线（北疆铁路）沿线 １９９６ 年 ７ 月中、下旬遭受了严重的洪水灾害，此次洪水灾害主要是由暴雨引发。本文在对暴雨洪水形成的天气过程及暴雨洪水特点诊断分析的基础上，详尽分析了洪水致灾的主要原因，并且针对目前北疆铁路防洪存在的问题提出了减灾对策和措施。
A serious flood disaster was taken place on the middle and last ten days of July,1996,which was occurred by rainstorm,and made a grievous injury along the Lan-Xin Railway.Based on analysis of the weather processes of rainstorm flood formation and the characteristics of rainstorm flood,the main cause of flood disaster was analyzed.And the disaster reduction countermeasures ere forwarded in the view of existing problems of prevent flood on the Lan-Xin Railway (Beijiang Railway). \ \
