空气冷凝汽器支架结构体系动力特性及周期估算公式研究

摘要
通过对国内四个不同电厂空气冷凝汽器支架结构体系的现场动力特性测试,根据功率谱和传递函数分析,得到不同结构形式的空气冷凝汽器支架结构的实际动力特性参数;并通过对实测结构的有限元模态分析,对比实测结果和理论分析结果,得到该类结构的基本振型为空间扭转振型;在实测分析和理论计算的基础上,通过分析不同因素对结构基本自振周期的影响,讨论空气冷凝汽器支架结构体系基本自振周期的计算方法,根据优化拟合法,以标准剩余差最小为目标,得到估算该类型结构基本自振周期的计算公式。
In situ measurements on the dynamic property of four different air cooled condenser platforms were described in this paper.According to the frequency spectrum analysis and transfer function analysis,natural frequency and mode shape were presented.Finite element analysis method were also used in analyzing the dynamic property of the structure.The comparison between measurement results and finite element analysis results indicates that they are in good agreement.The basic mode shape of the structure was torsional vibration.Discussion and analysis of influences on structural fundamental period under different factors were given in the end.Based on the optimized simulation methods,the calculation formula of fundamental period was presented.
