部分框支剪力墙高层建筑结构设计

摘要
带有转换层的剪力墙结构高层建筑在我国应用较广泛。本文结合某超限高层商住楼的结构设计,探讨部分框支剪力墙高层结构的分析方法。该工程由一道防震缝分为两个结构单元,东座为长矩形平面,西座平面严重不对称,两座都附有偏置裙房,结构高宽比很大。介绍了结构总体布局的调整,分析计算模型的建立,设计软件的力学模型和驾驭手段,针对高宽比过大的特点展开分析并提出应对措施,克服了扭转和转换等困难,使不规则的复杂高层建筑结构的整体设计满足规范要求,取得良好的效果。
Shear wall tall buildings with a transfer story are fairly widely used in China.This paper discusses the analysis method of partially frame-supported shear wall tall building structures with the presentation of the structural design of a hybrid commercial and residential building beyond code limits.The building is separated into 2 structural units by an aseismic joint,and the east tower has a long rectangular plan,while the west tower a rather unsymmetrical one.Each tower is adjacent to an annex at one side and has a very high height-width ratio.The adjustment of overall structural layout,setting up of calculation models,and mechanical models and manipulative means of design software are presented.In view of the high height-width ratio,analysis is developed and countermeasures put forward.Through the solution of this problem and other major challenges such as torsion and transfer,an overall design of the irregular complex tall building structures meeting the code requirements is obtained and shows good effects.
