以“新起点”健康理念对地震伤员实施心理健康教育的效果探讨

摘要
目的探讨"新起点"健康教育活动对经历重大创伤后伤员心理康复的影响。方法对30名来自四川灾区的伤员采用"新起点"健康教育活动,疗效评估采用急性应激障碍量表和创伤经验症状量表,在入院时、住院中和出院时共进行5次测量。结果所有伤员两项量表得分出院时较入院时均有明显改善(P<0.01),在5次测量之间均有显著降低(P<0.01)。结论在创伤救治护理时使用心理健康教育是很有必要的,其中"新起点"护理理念更值得重视。
Objective To study the effect of psychological-health education based on "NEW START" health theory for the earthquake casualties.Methods Thirty casualties were educated with "NEW START" heath education.All the casualties were scaled by acute stress disorder scale(ASDS)and trauma experience symptoms scale(TESS)for 5 times before the treatment,after the treatment and in the course of the treatment.Results The scores of ASDS and TESS in all the casualties were higher after the treatment than those before the treatment(P<0.01).The scores among the fifth test were significantly reduced(P<0.01).Conclusion Psychological health education plays an vital role in nursing for casualties after trauma.The n"NEW START" nursing theory deserves far more focus.
