摘要

建议借助于现代管理手段，建立我国的地震灾害快速评估和综合决策系统，以利于提高减灾与救灾的快速反应能力。
Rapid evaluation of earthquake disaster and its comprehensive decision is a systematic entirety. What chinese rapid evaluation and comprehensive decision system for earthquake disasters is built up could provides with scientific policy decision report for management department and earthquake disaster reduction department to form up an action plan rapidly. It is beneficial to disaster reduction. reIief, restoration and re-construction. Effectiove use of modern theories and mathematic models will strengthen the rationality of policy decision. To work this engineering effectively in well background, this paper also presents out some useful suggestions.
