摘要

集中供热是保护环境、节约能源的需要,但在项目建设之前要进行合理规划,科学评估。介绍了热负荷调查分析、用热密度分析和供热的峰谷差分析等方法,并介绍了项目的财务评价和国民经济评价的内容。
Central heating is the requirement of environment protection and energy saving. But, proper plan and scientific evaluation are needed to carry out before the starting of project construction. The heating density method and peak and valley method used in analyzing heat load were introduced in this article.Meantime, the contents of finance assessment of project and national economy assessment were described.
