城市地下建筑消防安全调查及策略研究

摘要
本文根据中国《人民防空工程设计防火规范GBJ98—87条文说明》针对我国城市地下空间的现状,对我国部分城市的较有代表性的地下建筑的消防安全设施和管理情况进行了现场问卷调查,调查成果反映了我国城市地下建筑消防设施和管理的现状。通过对调查成果的分析,指出了存在的问题和隐患,并提出了相应的地下建筑消防安全策略。
According to the Directions of Fire-protection Standard GBJ98-87 about People's Air -defense Project Design, the on site investigation of the fire protection safety facilities and management of some symptomatic underground structure in cities was done upon the condi-tion of the city underground space in China. The results of the investigation showed the cur-rent situation. Upon the analysis of the research result, many existent problems and hidden troubles were pointed out and the corresponding safety strategies was given.
