震后临时安置住房的现状和思考

摘要

在对汶川地震灾区临时安置区进行大量调查的基础上,分析了灾后临时住房在规划和建筑设计中存在的问题,并提出了灾后临时安置住房规划和建筑设计新的思考,在城市临时避难安置地增设管线出入口,制定灾后安置区规划设计规范,研究新建筑技术,做到可持续发展。
Based on investigating a number of Wenchuan earthquake-stricken area of temporary shelters, analysis of post-disaster temporary housing in the planning and architectural design problems, and put over present situation and thinking of temporary housing after earthquake, to add import and export pipelines on temporary refuge in urban settlements, to establish planning and design specification of post-disaster resettlement area, to study of new construction techniques, achieve sustainable development.
