摘要

1997至2007年芜湖市房地产业总体上保持了良好的发展态势,城市人口和城市化率实现了稳步增长,对人口城市化、经济发展和产业结构优化、社会生活城市化及城市规模扩大具有推动及制约作用。芜湖市房地产业可持续发展,要完善税收体系,建立房地产信息体系,提高房地产产品消费能力,加强房地产企业自身建设。
        From 1997 to 2007,the real estate industry in Wuhu City maintained a good development trend on the whole.The steady growth of urban population and the rate of urbanization played an important role in promoting and restricting the urbanization of population,economic development,the optimization of industrial structure,the urbanization of social life and the expansion of city size.The sustainable development of the real estate in Wuhu City need to improve the tax system,establish a real estate information system,improve the consumption power of real estate products and strengthen the self-construction of real estate enterprises.
