摘要

以武汉市中小学建筑为对象,针对教育建筑的性质和特点对其抗震性能评价方法进行了研究。首先根据收集的建筑资料提取结构的计算参数,其次采用不同的简化计算方法或建立三维有限元模型进行结构的对比分析计算,通过详细的单体计算形成样本库;最后采用模糊类比法对所调查的中小学建筑进行群体抗震性能评价。该评价方法可为武汉市中小学建筑的抗震性能评价工作提供一种新的思路。
Based on the nature and characteristics of the primary & high school buildings in Wuhan,seismic performance evaluation method on education buildings is studied.First of all,the building structure calculation parameters are extracted according to the collected data.Secondly,a different calculation method or the simplified finite element model is used to establish comparative analysis of the structure calculation,and a single sample library is obtained by the detailed calculation;Finally,the survey seismic performance evaluation on primary and secondary of group building is carried out by the law of the fuzzy analogy.The performance evaluation method can provide a new way for the school buildings in Wuhan.
