爆破振动信号时频特征的微差时间效应

摘要
基于平滑伪Wigner-Ville分布信号重排(RSPWVD),用matlab5.6编写的振动信号处理软件,并在海钢北一采场就微差间隔时间对爆破振动的影响进行试验的基础上,研究了振动信号时频特征的微差时间效应.基于平滑伪Wigner-Ville分布信号重排能全面反映爆破振动信号的时频特征,具有良好的聚集性.采用BC-6型微差起爆器起爆瞬发雷管消除了微差雷管时间漂移带来的误差.将测试获得的不同微差时间条件下的爆破振动波形进行重排,获得了相应条件下的爆破振动时频特征.研究表明,微差时间对爆破振动信号的时频特征影响很大,延迟时间的长短直接影响到整个爆破振动信号主频率及其持续时间.图2,表1,参11.
Delay time interval effects for the time-frequency characteristic of blast vibration signal was studied aided by vibration data analyze software via matlab5.6 based on data Reassigned Smoothing Pseudo Wigner-Ville Distribution (RSPWVD),the test data of Hainan iron corporation No.1 mining area. By comparing the processing of blasting vibration data using different types of time and frequency transformation,it draws a conclusion that the quadratic type of time and frequency transformation is a more straight and more reasonable and higher resolving rate transformation and the researcher can get more detailed and more accurate information when using the method processing the blasting vibration signals. In the experiment,in order to eliminate the time error of delay interval detonator,BC-6 delay interval first fire was used. Blast vibration signal resulted from different delay interval time explosion were reassigned smoothing pseudo Wigner-Ville distribution,and the RSPWVD reflected the time-frequency characteristic of blast vibration. It is proved that delay interval time has great effect on the time-frequency characteristic of blast vibration. Long or short delay interval time determines main frequency and it's durable time. 2figs.,1tab.,11refs.
