摘要

城市轨道交通是经济、社会发展到一定程度的客观需求,其存在能够有效改善城市居民生活,并满足城市多元文化形式。城市轨道交通的发展能够有效节约资源、保护环境,实现城市的全面可持续发展。但是,城市轨道交通系统建设期间会对城市发展及环境产生一定影响。论文分析了城市轨道交通系统对城市发展状况的影响,从人口、地产、噪声、震动、城市景观、城市空气质量几个方面分析了城市轨道交通系统对城市环境的影响。
        Urban rail transit is an objective demand of economic and social development to a certain extent. Its existence can effectively improve the lives of urban residents and meet the city's multicultural form. The development of urban rail transit can effectively save resources,protect the environment and realize the comprehensive and sustainable development of the city. However, the construction of urban rail transit system will have a certain impact on urban development and environment. This paper analyzes the impact of urban rail transit system on urban development, and analyzes the impact of urban rail transit system on urban environment from the aspects of population, real estate, noise,vibration, urban landscape and urban air quality.
