基于GIS的城市轨道交通站点供需关系评价——以合肥市地铁1号线为例

摘要
在城市轨道交通运营初期,通过建立合理的评价体系,明确现状轨道交通站点供给能力和周边出行需求之间的关系,能够为处于不同营运状态的轨道交通站点周边空间及城市综合交通体系近期发展建设提供相应的建议。本文以合肥市目前已投入运营的地铁1号线为例,研究了沿线23个站点周边2 km缓冲区范围内的交通可达性,以期反映各站点的供给能力;在此基础上,建立合肥市轨道交通空间需求评价指标体系,利用GIS空间分析方法得出各站点的需求度值,结合供需平衡指数和合肥市现状调研的认知评判,分析供需矛盾产生的原因,进而对相应的站点周边空间近期发展建设提出对策和建议。
        With the accelerating urbanization process in China, the construction of urban rail transit system is changing with each passing day. In the early stage of urban rail transit operation, by establishing a reasonable evaluation system, the relationship between the supply capacity of the current rail transit station and the surrounding travel demand can be clarified. Corresponding suggestions for the recent development of the surrounding space of the rail transit stations and the urban comprehensive transportation system in different operational states are provided. Taking the Metro Line 1 which has been put into operation in Hefei City as an example, this paper studies the traffic accessibility within the 2 km buffer area around 23 stations along the line, in order to reflect the supply capacity of each station; on this basis, establish Hefei City. The rail space demand evaluation index system uses the GIS spatial analysis method to obtain the demand value of each station. Combined with the supply and demand balance index and the cognitive evaluation of the current situation of Hefei City, the reasons for the contradiction between supply and demand are analyzed, and then the corresponding site surrounding space is obtained. Recent developments and suggestions are proposed.
