矿用带式输送机扩音电话研究

摘要
针对现有带式输送机控制系统无法进行语音通话以及沿线故障语音报警的问题,设计了功能完善的带式输送机扩音电话系统,能够实现打点联络、半双工通话以及语音报警等功能,详细阐述了系统的软硬件设计,为了保证供电安全还设计了电池管理系统,通过测试表明该系统能够满足井下工作需要。
Aiming at the problem that the existing belt conveyor control system can not make voice calls and voice alarms along the line,a well-equipped amplified telephone system for belt conveyor is designed,which can realize the functions such as point contact,half-duplex call and voice alarm.The paper elaborates the design of hardware and software is detail.In order to ensure the safety of the power supply,a battery management system is designed.The test shows that the system can meet the needs of underground work.
