全球价值链的核算及其与环境要素的关联研究综述

摘要
全球价值链作为联系全球生产的跨国价值链,不仅产生了各国的价值收入,也对各国的环境影响深远。在既有研究中,全球价值链的核算主要基于垂直专业化、出口技术复杂度及增加值口径等视角来进行,对于全球价值链与环境要素的关联研究,主要通过规模效应、结构效应、技术效应等对各国环境产生的影响而展开,其中规模效应起主导作用。既有研究还通过全球价值链中的隐含碳测算来剖析价值链中的污染转移问题,并从全球价值链嵌入的环境效应及环境治理对全球价值链的影响等方面展开了实证研究。未来相关全球价值链核算的研究应将各国文化、社会、环境等所受影响纳入分析框架,在研究环境治理对全球价值链的影响方面应切入行业能源利用效率、污染属性、人力资本等差异性视角。
        As a transnational value chain connecting global production, global value chain not only generates value income of each country, but also has far-reaching impact on the environment of each country. The existing global value chain accounting is mainly calculated from the perspectives of vertical specialization, the complexity of export techniques and the caliber of added value. The research on the correlation between global value chain and environmental factors is mainly carried out through the effect of scale effect, structural effect and technical effect on the environment of various countries, and among them, scale effect plays a leading role. The existing research also implies the carbon measurement in the global value chain to analyze the problem of pollution transfer in the global value chain. The study also makes an empirical research on the environmental effects embedded in global value chain and the impact of environmental governance on global value chain.In the future, the relevant study on global value chain accounting should incorporate the impacts on the culture, society and environment into the analysis framework, and in terms of studying the impact of environmental governance on global value chain, the perspective of industrial differences in energy efficiency, pollution attributes and human capital should be included.
