摘要
地下管线是石化企业的"神经网络",是石化企业基础设施的重要组成部分,也是企业赖以生存和发展的物质基础。地下管网图纸等资料是企业规划建设重要基础信息,掌握和摸清企业地下管网的现状,是企业发展管理的需要,也是企业节能减排的需要,更是防灾和重大事故应急处理的需要。随着Web GIS技术的快速发展,地下管线信息系统在石化企业中得到应用推广。利用Web GIS技术,结合Flex和ArcGIS Server Flex API技术构建RIA (Rich Internet Applications)富互联网应用模型,采用.NET开发平台实现石化企业地下管线信息系统的高度互动性、实用性和扩展性,使其具有丰富的用户体验以及强大的管网分析功能。
        The underground pipeline is the "neural network" of petrochemical enterprise. It is an important part of petrochemical enterprise infrastructure and the material basis for the enterprise to survive and develop. Materials like drawings of underground pipe network are the important basic information of enterprise planning and construction,and grasping and finding out the present situation of enterprise underground pipe network is the need of enterprise development and management,the need for enterprises to save energy and reduce emissions, and also the need for disaster prevention and coping with sudden major accidents. With the rapid development of Web GIS technology, underground pipeline information system has been promoted and applied in petrochemical enterprises. Using Web GIS technology and combining with Flex and ArcGIS Server Flex API technology,the RIA(Rich Internet Applications) Internet application model is established, and the.NET development platform is adopted to realize the petrochemical enterprise underground pipeline information system with high interactivity,practicability and expansibility, which makes it have rich user experiences and powerful pipeline network analysis function.
