摘要
为研究立体送风气流组织在地下污水厂除臭效果,以NH3为示踪气体,采用数值仿真的方法,对比分析了立体送风及常规气流组织在脱水机房中的除臭效果,并研究了不同送、排风形式对脱水机房的排污效率和恶臭浓度的影响规律。结果表明,竖管立体送风在地下污水厂脱水机房环境的改善效果上存在优势,与原通风形式相比排污效率提高了40%,机房恶臭浓度和工作区恶臭浓度分别降低了43.7%、62.9%。立体送风气流组织下送风量对脱水机房除臭效率影响不明显;而增大排风量,排污效率明显提高。立体送风气流组织可以有效提高地下污水厂的除臭效果,合理地增大排风量、降低送风量可以提高除臭效果,同时实现降低通风能耗。
        In order to study the deodorizing effect of three-dimensional air supply in the underground sewageplant, NH_3 was taken as a tracer gas, and the numerical simulation method was used to compare the deodorizingeffects between the three-dimensional air supply and the conventional airflow organization in the dewateringmachine room. The influences of different air supply and exhaust forms on sewage discharge efficiency and odorconcentration in the dewatering machine room were also studied. The results show that three-dimensional airsupply with vertical pipes has an advantage in environmental quality improvement for the dewatering machineroom of an underground sewage plant, and its deodorization efficiency increased by 40% than that of the originalventilation form. The average odor concentrations in the dewatering machine room and work area decreased by43.7% and 62.9%, respectively. In addition, the three-dimensional air supply volume has slight effect on thedeodorization efficiency in the dewatering machine room, but the deodorization efficiency significantly increasedwith the increase of the exhaust air flow. The three-dimensional air supply structure could effectively improvethe deodorization effect of the underground sewage plant, and a reasonable increase in the exhaust air flow andreduction in air supply flow could also improve the deodorization effect and reduce the ventilation energyconsumption.
