摘要
为阐明弱光胁迫对黄瓜光合产物积累的影响,选取4份弱光耐受性不同的黄瓜品系M14、M21、M61和M67作为试验材料,在幼苗2叶1心期进行弱光处理,弱光强度为50μmol·m~(-2)·s~(-1),对照光强为800μmol·m~(-2)·s~(-1),测定对照及弱光处理下叶片中糖及淀粉含量。结果表明,弱光处理对黄瓜幼苗叶片中光合产物存在显著影响,且弱光耐受性不同的黄瓜品系间存在着显著差异。与正常光相比,弱光处理3 d后幼苗叶片中可溶性糖含量、果糖含量和葡萄糖含量开始下降,到植株半致死状态时降幅最大,不耐弱光品系M14幼苗叶片中可溶性糖等含量较耐弱光品系M67降低的幅度更大。弱光处理后叶片中蔗糖、淀粉含量降低,不弱光品系叶片中蔗糖降低开始的时间较早,且降低的幅度大为78.23%,耐弱光品系幼苗叶片中蔗糖降低开始的时间较晚,幅度较小,弱光处理后期蔗糖降低幅度减小。为弱光胁迫下黄瓜叶片光合产物积累及代谢的生理机制提供研究基础。
        In order to illuminate effects of low-light stress on the accumulation of photosynthetic product in cucumber leaves,4different genotypes of cucumber strains M14,M21,M61 and M67 with distinct tolerance ability to low-light stress were selected as the experimental materials.The low-light treatment was carried out when the seedlings grew to stage of 2 leaves and 1 heart.The lowlight stress was simulated in an artificial climate box.The low light intensity was set to 50μmol·m~(-2)·s~(-1),and the control light intensity was 800μmol·m~(-2)·s~(-1),the content of sugar and starch in leaves was measured.Results showed that the accumulation of photosynthetic product in cucumber leaves was affected obviously by low-light treatment and reached a significant level in different cucumber lines.Compared to the normal light,the decrease content of soluble sugar,fructose and glucose began after 3 days treatment,the biggest decline happened at half lethal stage.The decline scale of low-light sensitive strains(M14)was bigger than low-light tolerance strains(M67).The content of sucrose and starch was declined in cucumber leaves under low-light treatment,and it happened earlier in sensitive strains than tolerance strains with bigger scale of decline with 78.23%.It would provide fundamental basis for illuminating the accumulation of photosynthetic product and photosynthetic physiology mechanism under low-light stress.
